Supply chains have grown rapidly in recent years and only focusing on economic performance to optimize return on investment costs can not be sustainable development in the supply chain. For this purpose, the concepts of green supply chain management and sustainable supply chain management to the importance of social and environmental concerns with economic factors have emerged in supply chain planning. This study seeeks the basic indicators of sustainability in three dimensions (economic, social and environmental), in the supplier's parts industry by using interview and by using fuzzy DEMATEL, systematic pattern provide for effective measures. In the next step, using fuzzy ANP to rank vendors in the company elaborated. According to the results of the three dimensions of sustainability, economically the most influence on both social and environmental considerations. And in the ranking of suppliers, based on weights obtained, ARA company is the best supplier.
