This study seeks to investigate and determine the causes of user resistance especially end users for implementation of new information systems and the reasons for behaviors which can manage phenomenon change in the organization. The main object of this study is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon of user resistance to new information systems using model study. This model helps users to reduce their resistance based on their assessment of the proposed changes. The statistics society consists of all employees in the Ansar bank in Tehran province that137 individuals were considered. Using Cochran formula, the sample size was 101 people. Based on questionnaires distributed, 97 were gathered. Based on previous theories and models, we develop a new model and for analyzing the data collected from questionnaire and also testing the hypotheses, we use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method based on PLS approach. By analyzing the data via Smart PLS software, we reach a conclusion that self-efficacy for change has the most impact on user resistance. In other words, when an individual is sure that he/she can adjust to the new situation and develop new skills, he/she will resist less. Also, organizational support, perceived value and switching costs are among other variables that have impact on user resistance. Moreover, when a user perceive that the organization act in an unfair way, he/she will respond to such a situation and he/she will likely resist more.
