This stady is aimed at evaluation of quality  management  in Charkheshgar company

TQM model. According to view point of Alem Tabriz, There are ten points to consider to assessmanagement quality. This  stady is seen as descriptive regarding its type , purpose and functionality. The statistical population in this reaserchin  cludes experts totaled 132 and 37 for customers and other staff 228 surveyed. The method used to collected data is field hypothesis and related question are tolls is fulfilled. To hold validity test it is used factor analysis and also for  population information of candidates descriptivestatistics and T-Test is  used. The results show that the quality managementin Charkheshgarcompany. From the  customers and employiespoint ofview higher than average and this is  higher than average from the experts point of view.
