The study has tried to provide a model to e-readiness assessment in service organizations. For this purpose, using Grounded Theory and application of software Atlas ti, indicators and e-readiness assessment model of appropriate services and congruent with economic, social and its technology has been developed. The resulting model is evaluated by three experts in the field e-readiness survey was conducted, the experts agreed with each of the components and the proposed framework are announced. Finally, using questionnaires distributed and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model criteria weight is obtained. The results of the survey show, The resulting model contains the e-readiness of the service provider and E-Readiness target population with different criteria and sub criteria.
