Nowadays, fundamental changes have been made that have had a major impact on the development of countries in the form of an entrepreneurial revolution. These developments have been to some degree that, at present, the development of entrepreneurship is at the core of development programs in many countries. In Iran, the need to develop entrepreneurship is felt more and more and the identification of factors affecting entrepreneurship and how they interact with each other is necessary. In this article, the entrepreneurial value chain has been investigated as a powerful tool in identifying and developing entrepreneurial components in cooperative companies. The aim of this study was to examine ways to develop cooperative value chain in the city of Birjand. This study is applied in terms of aim, and cross-sectional survey in terms of implemented, and is used a questionnaire in the form of five Likert scale. A SPSS Software was used for data analysis and test research questions. The sample included 104 executives of cooperatives is the city of Birjand. The results suggest that, financing entrepreneurship, maturity, consolidation and exit from business and government support policies factors have the highest average in value chain process in the city of Birjand. And business startups factor have the lowest average in value chain process in the city of Birjand. Finally, are a few suggestions according to the results of research, to improve the cooperatives value chain in the city of Birjand.
