The law of insurance right and pension fraction transmission have some imperfection in performing that cause to emergence of some problems to employees. In this essence, the aim of this research is Identifying and prioritizing of the problems of insurance right and pension fraction transmission law in insurance funds. This research is an applied research in base of purpose and is a descriptive study in the form of a data collection. Experts’ population of research consisted of 15 experts of social security organization.Through literature review and interview with experts, after identifying, the problems classified in four categories of financial, legal, human-made and bureaucratic problems and after Confidence of the consensus of experts on extracted indicators (problems) and screening indicators with lower effect degree through fuzzy Delphi method, Finally, using FAHP, problems were ranked. The results of research show that between classified indicators in sub-categories of financial problems, pay differentials by employee, between classified indicators in sub-categories of bureaucratic problems, Prolongation of the bureaucracy because of the continues changing of the laws and Lack of sufficient justification of executive staff, and finally between classified indicators in sub-categories of human-made problems, lack of adequate guidance with executive staff have identified as the most important problems of insurance right and pension fraction transmission law in insurance funds.
